What data we collect

Through the contact form: name, email address, museum or organisation (optional) and the content of your message. When you write to us by email, we receive the data contained in your message.

Why and on what basis

To reply to you and to follow up on your request, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and of steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above.

Who processes the data

The data controller and the technical providers that help us run the website, the form and our email (Cloudflare, Formspree and Google Workspace), appointed as data processors. Some providers may transfer data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last contact, unless a contractual relationship follows.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to business@guidlee.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own website, without third-party services.
